Beach Adventure
Sand Glo Villas, joining together with Sculptured Bodies Fitness Studio (2 miles from property) offers the following activities for your pleasure.
Group Yoga Classes - are provided free to Sand Glo guests 2 times a week.
Private Yoga Class - 1 hour one-on-one yoga class = $60; 2 or more $80 (This class held on property or at Sculptured Bodies Fitness Studio)
Private Pilates Class - 1 hour one-on-one pilates class = $60 (This class held on property or at Sculptured Bodies Fitness Studio)
Private Strength Training - 1/2 hour session = $35; 1 hour session = $60 (This class held at Sculptured Bodies Fitness Studio only)
Private KaYoga/KaiChi or Kayakercise - You will kayak to an island and do yoga, or tai-chi, or boot camp training. 1 person = $60; 2 - 4 = $50 per person. +5 = $35 per person.
Message Therapy - 1 hour message - $65 at Sculptured Bodies, $85 on property.
Kayaking - We offer the following Kayak options:
Kayak Rentals
Islander (beginner kayak) single and two person - on property - $20 per day
Perception - single - must know how to kayak. 6 hrs = $35, 24 hrs = $65
Perception - double - must know how to kayak. 6 hrs = $40, 24 hrs = $75
Group Kayak Tours
3 hr tour (with snacks & water provided) - minimum of 4 - $45 per person
6 hr tour (with snacks, lunch & water provided) - minimum of 4 - $105 per person
Regularly Scheduled KaYOGA trips - 1st and 3rd sundays of the month = $30 per person

Then sign up for "Tim's Day"/ Before the out door adventure races were held, Tim and a group of his friends - who also couldn't sit still and believed in doing things "under their own power" would spend their day's off trying to outdo each other. Tim who by the way is the owner of Sculptured Bodies would like to offer you a day with him doing the following:
YOGA
KAYAKING
CLIMBING (indoors)
ROLLER BLADING (have to bring your own blades)
We don't have the bikes, otherwise a bike ride would be a part of your day. Come and challenge Tim to making it through this day of activities. Cost is $200 per person.
We can also connect you with a local scuba shop for a day of scuba diving, or a sunset sail cruise or even an indoor rock climbing gym.
Also coming soon we will offer various metaphysical modalities for your pleasure also.
