Rates based on double occupancy. 2 bedroom based on quad occupancy. Extra guests $10 night. Children 7-12 years of age $4 night.
All rates quoted include full kitchen with microwave, color cable TV, local telephone, towel, and linens. No daily maid service. Minimum stay required.
Pet fee is $50 one time only and no size limit but needs prior approval.
Holidays: weekly stay required. Daily rates are based on 3 night stays.
Shorter stays, when available, may require $35 cleaning fee.
All villas are non smoking. No exceptions.

Remaining balance due on arrival
Eight weeks written notice required for cancellation if deposit refund required,
minus 5% handling charge
12% tax not included in the above prices
